The processing costs associated with these services will vary depending on which services are requested. The proration of fees is determined by the closing attorney as part of the settlement calculations. Any related questions should be directed to the closing attorney. The submission of a Closing or Disclosure request will notify the Association that a sale is pending so that our YMG’s Closing team can ensure that ownership will be updated.
